On the bright side, they were comfortable with good bedding and a large shower. The service was generally friendly and helpful, offering assistance with local recommendations. The location was convenient for business travelers or those attending events at the Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse, but lacked a bustling dining scene. The facilities were decent overall.
